The Arreva team is always hard at work adding new features, refreshing existing ones, and improving your overall user experience. We’ve compiled the list below that includes the most notable recent updates that are now available in Exceed Beyond. We are also preparing for the full, seamless integration of our Online Fundraising platform, so several new fields have been added to provide enhanced functionality once that is available. In the meantime, we have improved the performance of several reports, squished the usual bugs, and are busy sweeping up the fall leaves. Several reports have also been enhanced. Your home is a place of comfort and familiarity, mainly because it’s personalized to your unique style and needs. Why should your home page be any different? The new Exceed Beyond Home Page now allows the same level of customization and personalization as your home does, without having to do the dishes or pick up toys. We've also added some dashboards, and collapsible a Quick Links menu as well.
You can now add a new field to your Gift Add screen that allows you to set a tribute date when adding a tribute. We have also added a new report to allow you to view tributes by date or tribute name. This is the perfect way to acknowledge a life event among your donors and community. (The field needs to be added in Custom Page Layout and the Report needs to be added to your role. Please contact your administrator or support if you need help.)
The Gift Manager screen will now allow you to select the partners you work with and only show that tab. In client defaults you can set one or more Credit Card and EFT Partners and hide the rest.
For our clients that have many Fund and Reason Codes that are inactive, they still appear in report and filter dropdowns, so you can look back at inactive data. If you like to keep things clean, you can now set these inactive codes to be hidden in the Report and Filter List dropdowns. We have 2 new selections in Client Defaults to tame the dropdowns!
Volunteer Projects has new fields as well as Event set-up. We have also cleaned up and refreshed the Bio Volunteer page, so you can easily see UDF’s and Tags, plus edit them right from the Volunteer tab.
